BLUE POPPY SEEDS

Poppy seeds are used in many cooking recipes, but the blue poppy seed is one of the most common. The reason for this may be that it has a milder taste than black or white poppy seeds and can even serve as an additive to things like soda water! Blue poppy seeds are an ancient and common ingredient in many dishes. They have been used as a culinary staple for centuries, from English muffins to Indian curries. They are nuttier and stronger than white poppy seeds.
