Return Policy

Silk Road is open to accepting returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Customers are required to contact Silk Road as soon as receiving their delivery, but no longer than 24 hours of receiving their purchase to initiate any and all returns. Returns after the 24 hours period are subject to approval and are not guaranteed. All product is to be returned must be in original packaging unaltered by customer. It is highly recommended that customer take pictures of any defective product set for return and quarantine such products. Silk Road charges a 10% restocking fee on all products that have shipped and are returned back to our facility for return. If any product delivered by us is defective or not as described we will exchange the product for our customers.
