CORIANDER GROUND

Coriander is a popular herb used in many traditional dishes. Coriander is a spice ground from the herb of that name. It has been used for cooking since ancient times and was known as "Persian parsley" in medieval Europe but had fallen out of use by the 18th century due to lack of supply; it became popular again when Asian restaurants began opening in Western countries during the late 20th century. It has been used in Indian, Chinese, and Thai cuisines as well as Mexican recipes such as tacos or guacamole!
